Refund policy

Returns
Due to our products being lipgloss and lashes, items cannot be returned since we want to keep our products as sanitary as possible. If by chance you receive the wrong item, please contact me at zaynah.ncosmetics@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have ten days from the time the package is delivered to contact us. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Exchanges
There is no exchanges because of the product. Lipglosses and Lashes will not be exchangeable.
